Navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or identity-related challenges can be exhausting—especially when it feels like no one fully understands what you’re going through. These experiences can impact your mood, relationships, focus, and sense of self. Therapy doesn’t need to be perfect or intimidating. It can simply be a safe place to breathe, unpack what’s been heavy, and begin healing at your own pace.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-informed. I tailor each session to your unique needs using IFS-informed and strengths-based parts work, along with tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, process emotions, and develop practical strategies that help you feel more grounded and connected in your daily life.
I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, and I specialize in LGBTQ+ affirming care, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and OCD. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—just a willingness to take the next step. If you’re ready to explore what healing could look like, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
