Welcome!

I provide therapy for teens (13+) and adults navigating trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, or multiple co-occurring mental health challenges. My clients often describe me as an out-of-the-box thinker who listens non-judgmentally, collaborates meaningfully, and brings dry humor when it’s needed.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I serve clients who are ready to do the work, learn, and gain tools to build their mental health toolbox. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a trauma-informed approach. Together, we create strategies that match your history, goals, and personal style.

Whether you are leaving a toxic workplace, healing from religious trauma, struggling with school drama, managing anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking, or feeling overwhelmed by your brain, I provide guidance and support every step of the way. Together, we’ll build resilience and discover ways to live with greater connection, confidence, and peace.
