Life can feel especially heavy when you are carrying grief, trauma, or relationship stress alongside the constant backdrop of climate anxiety and an uncertain future. Even with strong self-awareness, it can be easy to feel stuck in patterns or overwhelmed. My ideal clients are thoughtful, motivated people who want to make sense of their struggles and move toward a more intentional, connected life. These clients are ready to do the work but want support, clarity, and new tools to move forward with confidence.

As a counselor-in-training under supervision, I bring both the latest evidence-based practices and the benefit of oversight to ensure compassionate guidance. I offer a warm, collaborative approach to help individuals and couples process trauma, navigate grief, strengthen relationships, and manage anxiety—including climate-related fears—in an affirming, inclusive counseling space.

If you are ready to find relief, clarity, and deeper connection with yourself and with others, I’d be honored to support you. I believe therapy is a space where your most genuine self can emerge, and I am humbled to have the chance to see and value all your beautiful humanity.
