Maria Santos
LCSWAIC
I provide a safe, neurodivergent-affirming space where adults navigating unique challenges can learn, heal, and grow. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and inclusive of all identities. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and willing to bring in humor when it helps lighten the process.
Growing up neurodivergent and bilingual in Spanish, I experienced firsthand what it’s like to balance different cultural worlds. These early experiences shaped my commitment to creating a calm, healing environment where you can process past pain and discover new ways forward.
In our work together, I use approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you stay aligned with your values while navigating challenges, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to bring harmony to your inner world, and Somatic Therapy to explore the mind-body connection for emotional regulation. Sessions are collaborative and empowering—you’ll gain practical tools, insights, and compassionate support as you build a personalized plan for growth and relief from anxiety.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If my approach resonates with you, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you want.
